Kajal Mukhopadhyay

Kajal holds a B.A. and M.A. in German Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India. He completed his M.Phil. with a dissertation examining the representation of trauma in German novels of the post-Wende period. His research interests include contemporary German literature, German Idealism and Critical Theory, Black German Studies, and African American literature. He has previously been a DAAD Visiting Research Fellow at Humboldt University in Berlin, where he worked with Prof. Dr. Rahel Jaeggi at the Institute of Philosophy.
